6. Plastic containers shall be used at busy quay events.

Public Safety
1. There shall be good lighting and modern ventilation installed.
2. Hazards and steps shall be marked.
3. There shall be regular toilet checks.
4. Fire certificate for extinguishers shall be in place.
5. There shall be daily clearning of all public areas.
6. Surface cleaning shall be carried out throughout the day.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Crime prevention and public safety noitces shall be regularly updated.
2. The pub shall be in an 'alco-stop' area.
3. Bottles shall not be allowed outside.
4. Rubbish shall be removed by contract and glass recycled by local company.
5. CCTV shall be installed on quay.
6. Exit noise shall be monitored by staff.
7. No bottle emptying shall be carried out in anti-social times.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Children shall not be allowed in the pub.
2. Staff training shall be ongoing with reference to the purchase of alcohol.
3. The cigarette machine shall have visible age notices.
4. There shall be no gambling or AWP machines installed.
5. The whole bar area shall be viewed by staff.
6. The toilets shall be regularly checked.
