ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              A range of non-alcoholic beverages shall continue to be available.

2.              Publicity encouraging responsible drinking shall be displayed.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder.

1.              No glasses or bottles shall be removed from the premises.

2.              External parts of the premises, i.e. car parks shall be non-drinking zones.

Public Safety

1.              Strict control of numbers shall be admitted by restricting access to residents, bona fide guests of residents, diners with a prior reservation or persons attending a pre-arranged function.

2.              A CCTV camera shall monitor the bar/restaurant area and entrance lobby.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              No food or drink shall be supplied for consumption in the outdoor areas of the premises.

2.              Patrons leaving the premises shall be reminded to respect neighbours by leaving quietly.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              Children shall be required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and will not be permitted in the bar or restaurant areas after 2130 hrs.
Conditions transferred from the Restaurant Licence

1 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
