CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General- all four licensing objectives
1. The CCTV system of an evidential standard shall be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from that system shall be kept for a period of 31 days and the Police shall have access to recordings at any reasonable time.
2. Appropriate staff training shall be satisfactorily completed and recorded. Training records and refusal book shall be available for inspection upon reasonable request by a relevant officer of a Responsible Authority.
3. Appropriate training manual, refusals book, challenge 21 and pass accredited proof of age initiative must be operated by all staff.
4. Appropriate notices shall be placed in store requesting people to leave quietly at night.
The prevention of Crime and Disorder
