Conditions transferred from the Residential Licence
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such persons their private friends so entertained by them on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
2 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in licensed premises.
Conditions Added from Operating Schedule
General
1. You must service alcohol to residential guests over the age of 18 years and those guests private/bona fide friends.
2. Guest status to include those attending a private party with food supplied. Sales of drinks to include soft drinks and water.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Bar opening hours must be clearly displayed in room information packs and in public rooms.
2. Alcohol must only be served to over 18 year olds and to be at the licensees discretion.
3. Guests who are drunk shall be declined further alcohol.
4. Alcohol must only be consumed on the premises.
5. During closed hours the bar shall be securely locked.
Public Safety
1. All exits must be clearly marked.
2. No smoking is permitted on the premises.
3. A first aid box must be available.
4. All public areas must be well lit and extra lighting provided during night hours.
5. Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers regularly checked and maintained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Refuse and bar area must be kept clean and tidy.
2. Bottles and cans shall not be put outside/disposed of after 21.30.
3. Any music played shall be at a low volume.
4. Guests leaving the premises shall be requested to keep noise to a minimum.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Only children accompanied by an adult shall be allowed in the bar area, but will not be permitted to sit at the bar servery.
2. Music and television programmes shall be monitored as suitable for children.
