The prevention of crime and disorder
1. The Hotel shall continue to maintain good order and behaviour at all times in the appropiate running of the premises.
Public safety
1. All parts of the premises , including fittings, shall be kept clean to the satisfaction of the Council.
2. Suitable and sufficient sanitary accommodation shall be provided.
3. All lavatories, wash-hand basins, water closets and urinals shall at all times be properly maintained in good order and repair. All doors leading thereto shall be suitably marked.
4. The exits in the premises shall be clearly indicated and maintained to afford guests and others ample means of safe escape.
5. Fire precautions must comply with all requirements for the fire officer.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. Live music and the provision of facilities for making music shall end at 23.30hrs.
2. Recorded music shall end at 00.00hrs and shall set at background level during the day.
3. Noise shall not emanate from the premises such to cause persons in the neighbourhood unreasonable disturbance.
The protection of children from harm
1. The restrictions set out in the Licensing Act 2003 shall apply.
2. Photographic proof of age will be required to be shown by anyone seeking to purchase alcohol who appears to be under 18 years of age.
3. Staff shall be trained and alert to the need for vigilance.
