The premises may be open to residents 24 hours a day.
Alcohol may be sold or supplied to residents at any time. (See Annexe 2, condition 1).
ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL
1) No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-
() at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or
() at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.
2) Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2
CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
Conditions transferred from the Residential Licence
1 Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such persons their private friends so entertained by them on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
1 Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals served in licensed premises.
General
None
The prevention of crime and disorder
1. Staff shall be aware of the need for continued vigilance to maintain the good reputation of 'free from crime and disorder issues'.
Public safety
1. All safety certificates and inspection reports shall be kept on site and made available for inspection by officers of relevant statutory bodies.
The prevention of public nuisance
1. The majority of the guests shall stay in the hotel.
2. Management shall control the sound levels of the music/entertainment.
3. The movement of bins and rubbish outside the premises shall be kept to a minimum after 23.00 hours.
The protection of children from harm
1. The restrictions set out in the Licensing Act 2003 apply to these premises.
ANNEXE 3
CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
1. All amusement with prizes machines must be sited to ensure they are under direct supervision of the staff at all times.
2. A management system must be introduced to ensure that staff are aware of the legal requirements relating to underage sales and the prevention from use of AWP machines by those under eighteen.
