The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. There shall be a notice displayed showing clear times of opening.
2. Drinks must not be removed from the premises.
3. There must be regular glass and bottle collections.
4. There must be a security light at the main door.
5. The bar area is seperate and must be locked every night.
Public Safety
1. The maximum occupancy must be adhered to.
2. There must be a fire log book on site.
3. There must be a risk assessment on site.
4. The premises must be maintained in good working order.
5. A bi-annual fire check must be carried out.
6. A first aid box must be provided.
7. The fire exits must be kept unobstructed.
8. Smoking shall only be allowed in designated areas.
9. There must be a suitable area for dancing.
10. Fire safety equipment must be provided.
11. A taxi number shall be provided for patrons.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Signage must be available to request patrons leave quietly.
2. Volume shall be controlled by management during any entertainment.
3. Rubbish must be kept in secure bins at the back of premises.
4. Deliveries and disposals must be done during daylight hours.
5. Cooking, noxious or persistent smells from the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
6. The mechanical extract system installed in the kitchen shall operate in a manner so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby residents.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Suitable ID shall be sought from anyone who appears to be under 18.
2. Staff must be trained in these procedures.
3. There must be no cigarette sales.
4. Children must not have access to the kitchen and hot surfaces.
