The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. CCTV coverage shall be in place consisting of 8 cameras (to be extended to 11 cameras).
2. Staff shall be aware of the need for vigilance with regard to crime and disorder issues.
3. The licensees shall provide a 30 minute winding down period at the end of permitted hours to ensure that customers leave in a quiet and orderly fashion.
4. Customers in the dining area shall be normally seated at all times and staff shall be trained to be aware of their duties under the Licensing Act 2003.
5. The licensees must be members of the local Pubwatch scheme.
Public Safety
1. Fire precautions shall comply with all requirements of the Fire Officer.
2. The maximum capacity for Appleby’s (not including any exterior area) shall be 250 persons.
3. Whenever door stewards are employed at the premises the ratio of stewards to customers shall be 1:100.

1. The licensees shall provide a 30 minute winding down period at the end of permitted hours in order to ensure that customers leave in a quiet and orderly fashion.
2. Double glazing must be installed with a noise limiter in place.
3. Notices shall be in pace with a view to ensuring that customers leave in a quiet and orderly manner.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Bar staff shall be trained to be aware of and alert to issues of underage drinking.
