CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
None
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to:-
a) persons talking table meals for consumption by such person as ancillary to his meal, or
b) persons residing there or their private friends bona fide entertained by them at their own expense and for consumption by such persons or their private friends who entertained by them on the premises or with a meal supplied at but to be consumed off the premises.
2. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as ancillary to meals served in the licensed premises.
3. Alcohol shall therefore only be supplied to residents and with their bona fide private friends and for persons taking table meals ancillary to their meal.
4. The CCTV System shall have been installed, the monitor being in the licensee's private area. CCTV covers the car park, common area on the ground floor and the bar lounge area.
Public Safety
1. The licensees shall comply with workplace regulations. Fire risk assessments shall be carried out in accordance with fire precautions (workplace regulations).
2. Fire Safety - all smoke detectors, heat detectors, emergency lighting, fire alarm call points, water extinguishers, dry powder extinguishers, fire blankets and fire alarm indicating panel shall be checked on a regular basis.
3. Means of escape shall be maintained, unobstructed, immediately available and clearly identifiable.
4. All floor coverings shall be secured and maintained so that they will not ruck.
5. Electrical Systems - including portable appliances shall be inspected and tested annually by a competent person to ensure safety.
6. First Aid - the licensees shall ensure that at all times there are adequate First Aid provisions and arrangements on the premises.
7. Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liquor shall be equally available for consumption with or other ancillary as to meals served on the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The placing of refuse, such as bottles, into recepticles outside the premises shall take place at times which will prevent disturbance to nearby properties.
2. Deliveries of alcohol, food and other materials necessary for the operation of the business shall be carried out at such time and in such manner as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to nearby residents.
3. Regular maintenance shall be carried out on all planter machinery to ensure that noise disturbance from such sources is kept to a minimum.
4. Bottle skips and bins containing cans and bottles must not be emptied outside premises so as to cause nuisance to neighbours.
5. Refuse litter and waste, all rubbish produced by the premises shall be stored securely in bins with adequate fitting lids to prevent litter being blown around.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. The removal of the dry lounge shall ensure supervision at all times within the bar and restaurant.
2. CCTV in the bar lounge and passage area ensures greater supervision.
