General
1. Alcohol shall only be served to persons taking table meals.
2. There shall be waitress service only.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The till drawer shall be taken out at the end of each night.
2. There shall be outside security lighting in place and also council CCTV covers the area.
3. No drunk and disorderly behaviour shall be tolerated and anyone appearing to be drunk shall be refused entry.
Public Safety
1. A first aid box must be provided.
2. Fire safety equipment must be provided.
3. Fire checks must be in carried out.
4. The accident book must be available.
5. There must be non-slip flooring in kitchen.
6. Fire exits must be kept clear and unobstructed.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Cooking, noxoius or persistent smells shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties.
2. The extract system shall operate in such a manner so as not to cause a nuisance to nearby residents.
3. All deliveries and disposals shall be done during daylight hours.
4. All rubbish shall be stored in secure bins.
5. A taxi number shall be provided for patrons.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. There shall be no cigarette salesand the premises shall be a non-smoking premises.
2. Anyone who appears to be under the age of 18 shall be asked for suitable ID if attempting to buy alcohol. Staff shall be trained in these procedures.
