Asset Disposal

 

 

To consider disposal of the below four sites which have been identified as no longer required for service delivery.  Dependent on title information and various site surveys, the sites will be disposed of at auction to help generate a capital receipt for the Council.

 

·       Land adjacent to 4 Berry Head Road, Brixham

·       Land at Green Park Road, Paignton

·       North Boundary Road Playground, Brixham

·       Bay Tree House, Croft Rd, Torquay
