Transformation Project - Masterplan Programme/Town Centre Regeneration - Delivery Strategy

 

 

Following approval to establish the Masterplan Programme in June 2015, the Masterplan Programme Board is recommending to Council the delivery route for the priority sites for town centre regeneration.  The Programme Board will also be making additional recommendations on how the Council should support the achievement of the positive outcomes for the community.

Consultation process

The community has been consulted on at the outset of the masterplan process through public meetings.  Further meetings with invited neighbourhood plan and community partnership representatives alongside the business community have taken place.  Members will be briefed through meetings.
